Mikael Lönnborg

Mikael Lönnborg is assistant professor at Department of Business Studies, Södertörn University (Stockholm) and Uppsala Centre for Business History, Department of Economic History, at the University of Uppsala. He has published books and papers on business and financial history, in particular about banks and insurance companies, the Swedish financial model, internationalisation, the political economy of transition and financial crises. Lönnborg is member of the board of directors of the Swedish Insurance Society and also Editor-in-Chief for the journal Scandinavian Insurance Quarterly.
